Name: Serenity Hadasah Haruno.
Nickname: Serena, which is what she is always called, so people have grown to assume thats her real name.

Age: 15.
Gender: Female.

Year: 5.

Gift: Water Control.

Personality:
She tends to be cautious around others. Serena isn't one to go with the crowd, and she certainly isn't going to be seen with them. While she isn't soscially challenged, she doesnt agree with the people around her. She has a few scarce friends, however, she isnt close to them as one would imagine. Serena has complete control over her powers, however she doesnt know how to use them to their full extent. Serena often is bored with her surroundings, and she definatley shows it, however, she won't verbally complain. She can't stand people who complain about everything and anything. The word wimp isn't in her vocabulary. Serena doesn't give up, even if she knows she can't win. Is far less "girly" then some of the girls in her age catergory. Make-up and guys arent on her list of interestes at the moment. Serena sticks to her ways, and hers only, never submitting under any circumstances. She sometimes is in trouble for this, and she knows it will cost her something great in the future. Still, she never surrenders. She feels at peace when she is near any source of water, the ocean is her true source of serenity. Because she is so distant from everyone, she is often a source of hatred and ridicule, but it doesnt bother her at all, because she can be just as judgemental, something she has a tendency to overdue. Serena will alays stand up for what she believes in nonetheless. She will never back down from a challenge, in fact, she loves them. Proving somebody wrong is an emotion she adores. The meaning of her name is calm or peaceful, which usually suits her. Serena proves to be calm and peaceful, but she can also be fiery and vengful if provoked.

Physical Description:
Serena is Japanese-American. Her father is Japanese and her mother American. She has jet black hair, with the bluest of eyes. She has a pale complexion, but she isn't sickly looking. She is roughly 5'4, and semi thin. Average. She isn't the best at sports, but she maintains herself well enough to where she won't fall at the thought of running a lap or 3. As in her picture, she is usually seen in a shirt and flowy mini skirt, always with some sort of blue, blue being her favoirte color. She rarely will be seen with any sort of jewelry on, with the exception of gold stub earrings and a silver bracelet given to her by her deceased grandfather. Her black hair reaches down to her waist, and she uauslly has converse sneakers on, however, she can sometimes be seens with tennis shoes. She never wears shorts unless forced, and dresses are something she has no tolerance for. Shes used to colder wheather, so she is often seen with a dark blue jacket on, however, usually not. She loves the icy winds and she despises the heat.

Brief History:
She was raised in a clashing family. She has her Japanese tradtions, and her American ones. Her family was always full of love, but Serena always managed to stand out from the rest of her family. Having the ability to maniuplate water probably had something to do with it. Perhaps it was her dark outlook on life. Serena wasn't gothic or anything along those lines, just opinionated. She's just different. Serena has always stuck to her ways, and she always will. That was how she was raised. Her parents taught her that no matter how different you are, never give in to what the others around you want you to do. She was taught that that wasnt fair to yourself, your heart. Her fathers favorite quote was: If you remain true to your heart, you remain true to yourself." Serena found it corny, but its stuck with her over the years. She grew up in North Carolina, in an extremely small town, so once she discovered her powers, off it was to Hollowed Oak. News about her sudden departure spread quickly, and gossip spread, still, Serena cared nothing at all. Growing up, she loved the pale light given off by the moon, and she never really enjoyed the sun. Discovering her powers really influenced these opinions as well.

Roleplay Example:

Serena stepped out of her dorm room and glanced down the hall. Not seeing anyone, she held her water bottle and raised her hand. Pulling gently toward her lips, she eased the water out of the bottle, and it soon rested in her mouth. She swallowed and put the bottle away. Brushing back a loose strand of black hair, she focsued her blue eyes on her surroundings. Still, she saw no one. Just how she liked it. Serena straightened her white shirt and dark blue mini skirt. She tied an untied shoelace, and made her way to her classes.

Another boring day in the life of Serena. Who knows? Maybe something interesting will happen, she smirked to herself.

Yeah, right. And the sky will fall too.

She entered into her first class, and ignored the hostile glares she recieved from her fellow students. It was like this mostly every day. Because of her opinionated out-look on life, Serena had many enemies. And the occasional ally. She made these foes thoroughly from her debates. These always caused an uproar. Whenever Serena was involved in a debate, you could be sure there would yelling and fighting. Yet, she always managed to get her point accross. Perhaps this is what made her the center of their anger. Her points were valid. To the extreme. Serena hated being in the spotlight, yet, she was always found directly in it during one of her opinion clashes. The day before she had just caused a fight due to her argumentitive self.

Oh great. More stupid people angry because I was right. What else is new?

a second year should have no idea how to use her powers...and she should be 12
